Construction management consultation services help our clients with the management of the installation of their project. Whether you have an existing design or through our studios, we can ensure that project is handled smoothly to minimize interruption or proper construction practices are followed.

Plan review takes existing landscape plans and strengthens it. Our e-designers can simply look at a plan and make points or suggestions to improve the design or cut costs down. For instance, a landscape contractor has designed a plan for you showing 120’ of stone sidewalk that is 3’-6” wide. Is that necessary? Maybe the width of that sidewalk could be reduced to 3’-0” wide saving up to $1000 of construction cost (60 SF @ $15-17 a SF). We can point out where your design is weak.

Onsite construction management oversees and ensures that a contractor is installing your project with industry standards.

Administration services include contractor awarding, bid analysis, contract analysis, and/or cost analysis. These services are extremely inexpensive and protects our clients from construction legalities and overpaying for the final product.
